The Firm takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We hate spam messages as much as you do, so we want to ensure you understand the types of information we collect on the Website and what we do with said information.

Please note that this Privacy Policy is related to the Website and any electronic messages related to the Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites that are linked to from the Website.

Copyright Policy: The Copyright Policy stipulates that upon delivery of Academic Work to the Client, all copyrights therein remain exclusively with the Firm. Any unauthorised use of the Academic Work, or any part thereof, by any person or organisation, constitutes a breach of this Policy and infringes the Firm’s copyrights. Clients are required to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and clear copyrights from the Firm to obtain ownership rights of the Academic Work. Any unauthorised commercial use or personal gain derived from the Academic Work will be deemed a violation of this Policy, rendering the offending party liable for copyright infringement.

How Does the Firm Collect Your Information?

The Firm may request your personal contact information, including name, address, phone number(s), and email address. We collect general information about the legal matter(s) you are contacting us about, your time on our Website, your general location, IP address, and similar analytical data to help us learn more about our client base.

This information is mostly collected from the contact forms you fill out or emails you send to the Firm. However, some analytical data, such as your general location and IP address, is collected as you navigate the Website. The Firm may also receive information about you from third-party sites the Website links to.

What Does the Firm Do With Your Information?

The primary purpose of collecting this information is to help the Firm better understand our client base. The Firm is better able to provide services that are tailored to our clients’ needs when we know more about our clients.

When Do We Disclose Your Information?

The Firm only discloses your information when absolutely necessary to complete the work you have hired the Firm to do. That means:-

  • When you have an open client matter with the Firm that requires the disclosure of your information;
  • When a third-party vendor or service provider requires this information to help the Firm complete your client matter. Under these circumstances, the third-party vendor or service provider would also be legally required to protect your client information and keep it confidential;
  • When you have given the Firm express written consent to share your client information;
  • If the Firm is ever sold to or merged with another legal entity.

  7. The right to object to the personal data being collected unless the Firm can show that the data is going to be used for legitimate purposes;
  8. The right to challenge or request a review of data related to certain automated processes that may be used to profile individuals.

CTIA Guidelines

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
